You can create reports with your notes, comments, and insights directly from within the Sentimonitor platform. To do this, start by filtering the messages that you want to show in your report.
Tip: you can create a Tag specifically for your reports, and then apply it only to messages with the most relevant observations and insights. When filtering only messages with this Tag, your report will automatically display only the messages that you want it to.
After selecting the messages of your interest, click on the “Reports, Exports and Presentation Mode” button. Then click on “Create Editable Report”.
The report editing area will display up to 40 messages and indicators for the current filters. The text editing areas for adding or editing comments will also be available. You can control which messages are displayed in the final report by clicking the “Show” option. It is also possible to control whether the full text of messages or just an excerpt will be applied by clicking on “See more” or “See less”.
Tip: you can control the spacing between report elements by inserting blank lines inside text boxes.
After selecting which elements you want to display in the final report and entering your comments, you can click the printer icon at the top of the screen to print the report.
Tip: when using an updated version of the Google Chrome browser, you can use the “Save as PDF” option displayed on the print the report dialog. Thus, the report can be easily sent via email or instant messaging applications.
Attention: comments entered or edited in this area are not saved by the platform. Be sure to print or save the report as PDF before leaving this screen. If you make any changes on this screen, the browser will ask you if you want to discard the changes you made to your report.
