Most Relevant Authors

By selecting the analysis of the Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Youtube indicators, you can also see which users were the most relevant within the monitoring.

By selecting Facebook, the following ordering criteria will be available:

• Interactions: shows the authors who had the most interactions (likes, comments and shares) on their posts.

• Posts: shows the authors who posted the most about the monitored topic(s).

• Comments: shows the authors whose posts had the highest number of comments.

• Likes: shows the authors whose posts had the highest number of likes.

• Shares: shows the authors whose posts had the highest number of shares.

By selecting Twitter, the following criteria will be available:

• Interactions: shows the authors who had the most interactions (likes, retweets and replies) on their tweets.

• Followers: shows the authors with the most followers.

• Likes: shows the authors who received the most likes on their tweets.

• Posts: shows the authors who tweeted the most about the topic(s) monitored.

• Impressions: shows the authors whose tweets had the highest estimated number of impressions. See the Impressions indicator in Numeric Indicators for details on how this is calculated.

• Retweets: shows authors whose tweets had the highest number of retweets.

  Attention: When Sentimonitor finds a retweet, it will save two posts: the post of the original tweet and the second being the post (retweet) of the author who retweeted it. The total number of retweets will only be attributed to the original Tweet, not to the Retweet. Therefore, only the original authors that have retweets on their posts will appear at the top of the Retweet authors list.

By selecting Instagram, the following criteria will be available:

• Interactions: shows the authors who had the most interactions (likes and comments) on their photos.

• Posts: shows the authors who posted the most about the topic(s) monitored.

• Followers: shows the authors of the photos with the most followers.

• Likes: shows the authors whose posts had the highest number of likes.

• Comments: shows the authors whose posts had the highest number of comments.

• Impressions: shows the authors whose posts generated the highest estimated number of impressions. See Impressions, in Indicators to find out how this is calculated.

By selecting YouTube, the following criteria will be available:

• Interactions: shows the authors who had the highest number of interactions (likes and comments) on their videos.

• Posts: shows the authors whose channels made the highest number of videos or contents.

• Likes: shows the authors whose videos or comments had the highest number of likes.

• Comments: shows the channels whose videos had the highest number of comments.

• Subscribers: shows the channels with the highest number of subscribers.
