Discovering Supporters and Critics
To discover who the supporters and critics are, the user must combine the Post Filtering by sentiment with the Global Monitoring Analysis, using the Most Relevant Authors criteria.
Warning: we recommend that the posts are revised (see Revision Of Posts And Authors) so that the results obtained are the best possible.
Initially, the user must select to filter only positive sentiment (to find supporters) or only negative sentiment (to discover critics), and unselect other sentiments. The other filters should remain how they were for the analysis carried out prior.
After applying the filters (clicking the Refresh button), the user should go to the Authors tab at the top of the screen. The list of authors will be shown with the main supporters (if you selected positive sentiment) or critics (if you selected negative sentiment) shown first.
